a23bd's Complete Guide to Responsible Gaming
Let gaming be a source of entertainment — not addiction. a23bd offers deposit limits, time-out, and self-exclusion features to keep you protected.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
a23bd believes that online gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. However, when the urge to play goes beyond control, it can cause serious harm to your personal, family, and financial life. That is why we place the protection of every player as our highest priority.
Responsible gaming means playing within the right budget, following time limits, and staying aware of your mental health. a23bd's platform has several protective tools that help you play safely and consciously.
Remember — gaming is entertainment, not a means of survival. Placing repeated bets in hopes of recovering lost money is not a solution. It only creates bigger problems.
Important Warning: Gambling carries financial risk. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately or temporarily close your account.
a23bd operates under SSL encryption and a fair play policy. Every player's information is fully protected and we are completely committed to responsible gaming.
Our Protection Tools
a23bd has several effective tools for responsible gaming. Using these, you can keep your gaming experience safe and controlled.
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much money you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. This protects you from spending beyond your budget. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to take a break for a while, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is going beyond your control, choose self-exclusion. This feature closes your account completely for a long-term period. Our support team will help you complete the process.
Gaming History Review
View all your bets, deposits, and withdrawal history at any time. Analyze your own gaming patterns and change your decisions if needed. Transparency is the greatest protection.
Reality Check
You will be reminded at set intervals about how long you have been playing. These alerts help you stay aware and take a break on time.

Ways to Keep Yourself Protected
Follow a few simple steps to build mindful gaming habits.
Set a Budget
Allocate a fixed amount of money for gaming each month and never exceed it. Let go of the hope of recovering lost money.
Follow Time Limits
Set a fixed time before each session. When the time is up, take a break without fail, even if you are on a winning streak.
Do Not Play on Impulse
Stay away from gaming when you are feeling down or under mental stress. Your ability to make decisions is reduced at such times.
Seek Help When Needed
If you feel the situation is going beyond your control, contact our support right away. Asking for help is a sign of strength.

Detailed Information on Protection Tools
Below is detailed information on how each protection feature at a23bd works and how you can activate them.
How does the deposit limit work?
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase the limit takes effect after 24 hours — this protects you from making hasty decisions.
How do you activate time-out?
Go to account settings and select the "Temporary Break" option. You can choose a duration — 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets.
How do you self-exclude?
Contact our 24/7 live chat or email [email protected] for self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be lifted before the set period ends.
Transaction and Gaming History
You can view full details of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals at any time from the account dashboard. Filter by a specific date range to analyze your own gaming patterns.
Reality Check Notifications
Set how often you want to be reminded — every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. Each notification will show a summary of your total session time and spending.
