1.1 Applicability

4.3 Transaction Errors

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, a23bd reserves the right to correct that error. The user is obligated to voluntarily return any excess amount credited by mistake.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x). For example, a ৳5,000 deposit receiving a ৳5,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 × 20 = ৳200,000 in wagers.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — it will expire if not used within the specified time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — selling, transferring, or exchanging them is prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, a23bd may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• a23bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

A three-tier VIP program is available for regular players:

• Bronze tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold tier — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Cashback is credited to the account on a set day each week and is treated as real funds.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the a23bd platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely impartial and not predetermined. In any dispute over a result, the data recorded on our servers is considered final.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, a23bd will make decisions in accordance with its policy. Bets placed due to a technical error may be cancelled and the original stake refunded.

6.3 Erroneous Odds

a23bd reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds published due to a clear error. "Clear error" refers to odds that deviate significantly from the market price and that any reasonable, qualified person would recognise as an error.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or coordinated fraud against other users.

7.2 Right to Investigate

a23bd may temporarily suspend an account to investigate any suspicious activity. Withdrawals from the account may be placed on hold during an investigation. Where necessary, cooperation with law enforcement authorities will be provided.
